- How to access your online appointment: Once you schedule a time, log back in to the scheduler five to ten minutes before the start of your appointment. Then, open this appointment and click "Start or Join Online Consultation." This will open your online session and connect you with a writing consultant.

Students can attend their online appointment from anywhere, as long as they have a computer and an internet connection.

Main Office + The Writing Center in Mitchell Memorial Library
Located on the 2nd floor of Mitchell Memorial Library, our new main location provides a resource-rich environment and a great place to work on any writing, especially research writing. Here, you can work with one of our writing consultants, and the research librarians are also nearby to help with any questions about finding or locating source materials.
Location:
Mitchell Memorial Library is located on the Drill Field near the Swalm Chemical Engineering Building and the Hand Chemical Laboratory (see Campus Maps). The Writing Center's main office is located on the second floor of the library in Room 2335 (past the computer commons area).

The Writing Center at Templeton Athletic Center
The Templeton Writing Center is operated by the English Department and open for all student-athletes. Its operation is made possible by the generous assistance of Mississippi State University Athletic Academics.
Location:
Templeton Athletic Academic Center is located beyond the Humphrey Coliseum on Lakeview Drive (see Campus Maps). Our consulting center is on the lower level, across from the elevator.

Typical Hours of Operation
- Monday-Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Sunday-Thursday: 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Please note that this location is only for student-athletes and does not operate during the summer. The hours fluctuate each semester, so please check the online scheduler for availability.
